Default I am interested how this goes, selling a modified car. Good luck...

Sounds like a reasonable deal with all the mods.<p>Ivan

I don't believe you're asking enough for your car. An unmodified 00 Q car with your options/more miles goes for about 34-35.5 around here. All the great aftermarket items should boost a bit more. Are you looking for a quick turn over?

Default Disagree...

It's tough to sell modified cars because the prospective buyer will usually want some of the mods, but not all, and the dislike of certain mods may negate or even lessen the value-added effect of the mod suite as a whole.

Default I hate the LIRR

It's not that I'm too good for it, as much as I hate being jammed in between two 260lb., snoring, sweaty, Post reading Neanderthals every morning.

With all the sneezing, coughing, and attitude (my train passes through BOTH Cold Spring Harbor AND Syosset) it's an invitation to either the flu or manslaughter charges.

I prefer my solitude. I leave early enough that traffic isn't too terrible, I get to listen to Howard, and the seats in whatever I buy are way more comfortable than the MTA vinyl rigid-backs.

Many of the trains are standing room only, and to me, that's not worth the price of the ticket.<p>ScouTT

Default Selling a modified car...

The interesting thing about my car is that I can take it back to stock (as could the buyer.)

I have the original ECU, exhaust system, springs, etc. The stock dump valve was covered under warranty, so I have a new one, unused.<p>ScouTT

Default Price too low...?

I believe in quick sales.

I am willing to part with it for that price.

So far, no one has stepped up. If the price was higher, would I get more interest?

Probably not... :-(<p>ScouTT

Well, believe it, boys and girls.

My obsessive compulsive disorder is your opportunity. When I decide to bust a move, I'm ready to move on. It's truck time!!! (Or maybe an A6 wagon...)

One more time:

Perfect specimen.
