My TT AC doesn't work (no cool air), I had my mechanic checked the freon, fuses, and replaced the sensor and climate controller switch. When he bypassed the the sensor the cool air came ON but the radiator fan blades does not spin, any advice or suggestions?

Not enough info for a full diagnosis, but both fans should run with AC on. No fans will shut down AC due to high head pressure. Fist find out why your fans don't run. Do they come on when idling sitting still long enough for engine temp to rise?

Thanks J Patterson, after I drove for hours both fans don't spin, I have checked all the fuses and non of them are broken

Ross-Tech diagnostic scan shoud tell you if the fan control module is bad or not. If bad, it also kill the AC.

Do not buy the Chinese junk ones, Many reports of them failing within a month and you have the dreaded "No returns on electrical parts" Buy the genuine part if yours is bad.

You can test the fans by conecting them directly to the battery with 2 wires (+ and -). Just unplug the conector and stick them to the metal terminals in the fans. This way you can see if you need new fans.

I had the same issue happen to mine. Theres a fuse box that mounts on top of the battery. There are 3 green fuses in it. Nothing inside that box is labeled. One of the those green fuses was bad. I barely saw the burn mark. it was smaller than a pen tip. I replaced them and everything came back to life.

Both fans run when the engine temp rises but there is no cool air coming out. We checked the fuses both places (fuse box and on the top of the batt.) There was not any error codes from the scanner.

You mentioned bypassing the sensor and it came on. Might you have a bad sensor? Whatever it is, it sounds electronic to me.
