Do you have access to a Ross-Tech? If not buy or rent one. You might check the Ross-Tech Forum as well. In-addition, the Audi dealer can scan it. It could be a number of things. Most likely starting with the Comfort Control Module (CCM). If it's a Coupe it's Audi PN 8N8 962 267 A, Roadster: 8N7 962 267 A. These units aren't interchangeable. If you have a local Audi Club maybe they can help. Good luck.
