2002 Warranty change?

2002 Warranty change?
Anyone heard anything about it? Previous post suggested no free scheduled maintenance included. If true, how much does that effect the price? Have one on order!

VW's warranty in 2002 will be 4/50 BUT will not include scheduled maintenance OR be as comprehensive
as Audi's. Wear and tear items will not be covered - like brake pads, clutches etc.
