2004 TT 1.8 transmission problems

TT shifts hard going from 2nd to 3rd. Only does this when it's warm. Changed fluid and problem still exists.

5/6 speed manual or FWD Auto?

Same problem here and also changed fluid.... 03 FWD Auto...

Gets much worse when car warms up.... Is it possible for the solenoids to become plugged... Should I try some trans tune?
