These are from last Fri, the last two were faxed to me so this is why they are in black & white, I had forgot to get all the charts due to swaping parts between the two cars trying to keep things going smoothly that day.
These are of the 3" DP on Eric's car, which has a GIAC-x chip APR 2.5" cat-back, CAI, bigger maff, & 4-bar fpr.
I had stated that he had a higher Hp of 205, which he did, but I did not recieve that chart, and I did not want to wait another day to get it. There was a HIGHER TQ (240)level than I had mentioned before, which was a nice surprise.
The next set are of the test in Oregon, again Eric's car, but this time he has the stock DP and no intake mods, thats it, he still has the chip & cat-back.

Next up Mike's car, I did a first run with just a change from his last test in Oregon with the 3" DP to the 2.5" DP.
He has an APR program, supersprint cat-back, with the 2.5" DP.

I am no expert in how the a/f ratio charts read, I am not a "tuner", but you can see by the charts for Mikes car he is having a boost issue. I have been told this maybe due to a maf going bad, and we had stopped running his just after a couple of runs. This problem had not happened in Oregon. Look them over and decide for your selves.
There are some deffinent changes when adding a DP, & and intake mods to a car that already has a chip or reprogram, & a cat-back.
I will be testing the 2.5" DP on Eric's car shortly for a better back-back test.

I've had the 3" DP for a while now... and the biggest differences are...
the turbo kicks in faster and earlier than without it. This is most noticeable when i'm cruising on the freeway in 6th gear, I can floor it and have immediate power....whereas before I would sit there for a few seconds waiting for the turbo to kick in or have to downshift to 5th!
With the combo of the DP, Intake, Bamm I can definitely feel the difference...probably most from the torque gains. In first gear, if I really get on it, the RPM's seem to fly by and i've actually been able to break my tires loose, whereas before I never really did. I'd love to take my car to the track to see what it can do.
The intake side definitely is necessary if you want to take full advantage of the exhaust side... When i put on just the TTDA I didn't feel any difference at all. But in combination w/ the BAMM, I did feel a noticeable difference in overall power
All in all, I can definitely feel a power increase, mostly by the torque. I wish some of you guys were in Seattle, so you could drive my car and FEEL the difference rather than rely on the dyno charts!
Car feels more peppy... and I like how the turbo spools up faster and kicks in at a lower RPM now... check out the graphs from last week. My max torque and HP were at lower RPM's than before... i.e. Max HP was at 5,000 RPM's, versus more around 5,500-5,750K RPMs before... Same applies for max torque...
I also know that with a little tweaking to my fuel system and programming, I could further increase my gains!
We're sticking the 2.5"DP on this Sunday, and i'll let ya know what happens with that too!

Weight savings achieved over stock DP....
The weight of the complete stock DP and catalytic converter sections is 32lbs.
The 3" DP that I made is 15lbs, over half the weight of stock!

Re: Are there any charts where only the DP was changed and not intake mods added or removed
yes the first chart of Mikes car has that comparison. Just a change from the 3" DP done in Oregon to the 2.5" done last Fri. On the chart it say's "as is". The charts that have "matrix" were done in Oregon a while ago with just the addition of the 3" DP and the car's already had a cat-back & modified ecu, NO INTAKE MODS, charts with "dynoauthority" were done last Fri.
I hope that helps you out.
