Default What is the "in service date" for the original owner on the 12k car? It may still have some of the
OEM warranty on it. My '01 is up this July (In service date was July 01).

Any Audi dealer should be able to tell you if you give them the VIN.

Default Yea, that's a no brainer
You don't give us any cost data but if they are similar, always go for the low mileage. Extended Warranty from someone like Warranty Direct is $2,000 to $2,500.
