About to buy a new tire or tires...one went flat...should I replace w/
one of the OE tires since a good amount of tread is left on others (1/2) or I was thinking of replacing two tires with Potenza S-03's...I have about 13K on all the tires...do not want to buy all four...but will two make performance a little off kilter?

Depends on whether you're quattro or fwd....
If you are fwd you can probably get away with it if you put the new tires on the front.
Assuming with 13k on an NMTT you don't put a lot of hard miles on your car. If that's the case the fwd solution of two is okay.
If quattro, just swap all four out. You might do two though it's not recommended. Replacing just one is more likely to make the car a little squirrely than replacing two of them would.
