Adjusting Headlight

The mounting point where part 2 (torx screw)is attached can be adjusted to move the headlight in and out to match the bumper. I know Jeff said you can do this through the grille but I can't figure out how. The best I can come up with is to remove the bumper cover again and do it that way.
Note: I'm not talking about tightening or loosening the torx screw.
Any tips would be helpful.

there are 2 parts to adjusting this point. Yes, with a long extension and a Torx bit, this bolt can
be loosened.
Now comes the fun stuff.
On the back of the mounting spot is a larger washer-like section that has raised ridges on it, not unlike a fine fan blade.
You can turn these with again, a long flat blade screwdriver, to move this washer in and out.
The result is, this mounting point moves in and out.
Not easy I know, but it can be done.

Last night...
I had all the torx bolts loosened and was trying to figure out the logistics of adjusting that plastic **** through the grille. Was trying to pull the bumper out some with just the top 6 torx out and reaching in there with my hand.
I will have to try the flathead screwdriver solution tonight when I'm home from work.
Each headlight needs to sit back about 1/8 in to be flush with the bumber.
