It's probably just a big *** "hole" in a hose or a lose fitting maybe...

Default This was the cause of my flatbed trip
The fitting at the drain for the radiator popped off, have no idea how. Drained all the coolant pretty damn quick

Do you remember hitting any big pot holes causing any "shock" maybe before the drainage??

Nope, and there's a very secure retention clip that holds it in place that was dislocated
