Default AHHHH... update... I took my car to the dealer to look into an overheating problem, I mentioned...

the DV problem (although it hasn't manifested itself on my car) and to check
the brake hose (Thanks Colonel Bogey). GUESS WHAT? The brake hose had
huge cracks on it and they have now ordered the parts.... also they are telling
me the DV is perfect (sure, whatever).
But here is the kicker, after the car has been overheating for the past
3 weeks (not extreme but sometimes dangerously high) they tell me that
everything is working right and that they don't think it overheats. So I told
the guy it has been doing it every day for the past week, yet he feels that
it is fine and he will test it out once they put the hose on it (mind you its going
on its 3rd day at the shop).
I can assure everyone that I will pick it up tomorrow evening drive it home, park it, see that it is overheating and have to drive it in the next day.... I CAN SEE IT HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!

Oh well, just venting some AUDI Frustration... sorry all that had to read my
ranting.

Thanks,

Default Drive it until the engine blows up due to overheat. Get a 225.

What about showing them a picture of the car overheating? Of the gauges???

Default Sounds like a good opportunity to take a pic and show it to them.
