To all hi-flow catalyst owner, your advise! -->
In simple words please, what actually is the benefit of the hi-flow cat to the stock cat and what other mods it has to go with in order to max. output? Cheers

Supposed to raise top-end horsepower but some say that you may lose low-end torque as a result
Not sure on either claim. I think if your car has a stage 3 turbo then it's a nice addition but otherwise it's no necessity. Although it may not be the most unbiased source of info on this, Pete or someone else at Stratmosphere would be good to ask about this part.
