AMSOIL Series 2000 75w-90 has been discontinued>>
It seems AMSOIL has discontinued the Series 2000 line of gear oil and they recommended the AMSOIL Synthetic 80W-90 Gear Lube (AGT). Will the 5 unit difference damage anything for the tranny or rear diff? Will the average Joe notice the difference between a 75w-90 and an 80w-90?

the 80w-90 should work fine>>
I like the 75w-90 S2000 for it's cold weather performance in the trans. It's quick warmup to very smooth shifting gets rid of the "notchy-ness" of the other lubes. But I think I'll try this one at the next drain, rather than the 80w-90:

AmsOil Severe Gear 75w-90
