Offer a couple % cash bonus for finishing in "x" days without compromising quality.

It works on road construction projects!

Just move in...that's what I did...

Also, yell at them just after you step out of the shower (without putting on a towel) usually scares them into moving faster as well...

Is this new or renovation?
