anybody drive around with an Euro plate in front and state plate in rear with matching numbers?

Why?? Who's asking?? Did anyone notice?? Why would you ask???
Actually, a lot of folks seem to notice, including the odd glance from law enforcement professionals, but I think it's low on their priority list of things to bust.
Much stealthier and safer to run your actual number, I've always thought, than "AUDIROX" or something obvious. And hey, it's not 'fake', it's your actual state number, displayed even more prominently than the officially issued little rectangle.
Of course, if everyone does it...

well I haven't driven with a front plate living in NJ for like 4 yrs and no problems
and NJ/NY requires a front plate but I wanted to run a Euro up front and if someone got hassled before about it then never mind, I have a clean no point license since I moved to NJ and I want to keep it that way since my insurance is already kinda high
