Default Anybody have problems with the rear differential being overfilled?

I noticed a small amount of oil on the ground by the left rear tire when I got home from picking it up at the dealer(in los Angeles). The car is in the shop (in Orange County) waiting for a diagnosis. The mechanics couldn't tell where it was coming from when I brought it in on Saturday. They gave me a rental car until they can figure it out. The car has 90 (bought with 50 miles on it, 40 home from the dealer) miles on it. Any ideas?

Default We had leaking Haldex at delivery. Found @ 50-70 miles via oil puddle.

Audi's solution was new Haldex unit.

I doubt overfill is the problem.
