Anybody know how many quarts needed to change out Trans Fluid?

Depends on FWD or AWD, but here is what Bentley says
 

5 spd FWD - 2.0 L (2.1 qt)
5/6 spd AWD - 2.6 L (2.7 qt)

Those were for manual.. here is the Automatics
 

1.8 - 7.0 L (7.4 qt) for new fill
3.2 DSG - 7.2 L (7.6 qt) for new fill
- 6.0 L (6.3 qt) for change
