Default Anyone that has an APR chip needs to read this ......

If you, like me, have an APR chip, and you have already installed a 4 bar FPR, then I can only ask that you chime in here and say that you want the program to be re-written for the correct FPR.

Currently, the APR chip software is written for a 3 bar FPR. To me that makes no sense since some or most of us have already upgraded to the 4 bar.

I talked to a bunch of APR guys and finally talked to someone that might be able to do something. I told him that there is a market for new software - and I am hoping that you guys dont make a liar out of me here, and I expect that there is a few people here that would like to see this happen.

What I will do is after a few days, I will email him this link to this post and maybe we can have new software in 2 weeks? Just kidding about the 2 weeks thing but I know that our cars would really benefit from having the correct programming for the FPR.

Anyone interested in this? Please post here!

Default I discussed this with Keith at TT-East...>>

Apparently they're getting requests for Modshack stage 2-3 specific programming. They seem willing to do something but need a test car to spend some time with on the dyno. 1meanTT is down there and I talked to him...I think he called, but don't know where that went...

Default I know I know

that is one of those things that I have no control over though, now the 4 bar software though, that could be a totally different beast!

Yes I'm interested. Assuming it's for soldered on chips, too.

Default Umm... well, being that it works properly with the ****, I dunno why you'd bother.

I mean, I'm in, sure.

But, really, if they're not going to write it, it should probably be written for the larger MAF housing...

Otherwise, it'll be pointless.
