Anyone have a part number for the door switch to fix the window drop/dome light/cluster indicator...

my switch is bad- car never realizes the driver side door is open. Wondering if anyone has this part number so I Can order it- if it does not cost too much.

I had this part replaced, when my car thought the door was always OPEN! Would have not minded the other way around--instead I got the dome light on all the time and the stupid chime telling me the key was still in the ignition.

I will look at home tonight for the invoice.

SparTTan, MarTT, HACK THS or anyone having similar issue:

I have the same problem today--I close the driver's door and the system thinks that the driver's side door is open.

Does this sound like I need to replace the partno MarTT referenced in his post? Is this a pretty simple DIY project?
