The guy there doesn't seem too responsive to any inquiries. A number of folks have had problems with him. Not sure why anyone would bother ordering from that guy. Customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a set of the brake caliper logos, and inadvertently ordered the wrong colour (my mistake, not his). I attempted to correct my error with an e-mail, and a phone call. He'd already shipped the first ones, and when he got my email explaining MY error, immediately shipped the correct ones by overnight mail at no charge, AND told me not to bother returning the first set, but rather to use them as I see fit.

So, I have a set of silver brake caliper logos, courtesy of Ralf, for the first person to request them.

That's what I call customer service, surprised to hear others have had problems.
