I just got that letter in the mail as well.
My cluster RPM needle sticks upon startup.
What do I do with this paperwork?
I have not fixed the cluster as long as I have owned the car.

What do I do about being so late in getting my instrument cluster fixed now? I am way past the deadline!! 6 months late. Can somebody e-mail me with some helpful info please!? Thanks, Pooterlady
