Default Anyone with a roadster wanna take a close-up pic of strut bar (where it bolts to firewall)...

and measure the diameter of it for me? I want to do a 225 strut bar on mine if it bolts up to the same place AND is of a larger diameter.

If you dont have a pic I could still use the diameter measurement interimly.

Thanks

Default Mance the bars are the SAME size. We checked this during the weigh-in a few weeks ago.

Doesn't your Fwd TT have this bar? It connects to two different spots on the firewall. The bar is about 1"+/- thick.

Default Also, how many bolts hold yours in place? Michael mentioned eight

on the 225 TTQC in his post on the diverter valve installation somwhere below, but I counted only six on my 180 TTQC.

Michael's post

Default I think Michael was referring to three at each strut and two add'l...

that hold the bar by welded brackets to the firewall.
