Anyone use Hotel.com before? Are they reliable?

Default yes, and it's hotels.com.
used them before, it works well.

Default I use them all the time.
I like the fact that you know exactly what hotel you're getting, and exactly what it will cost before you buy. (unlike expedia and the others)

Default Yep, fine.
I find it good practice to double check Hotels.com directly with the property as Hotels.com does tack on a percentage which you can sometimes avoid.

Default They do charge you up front, I believe. I use Expedia and
Travelocity when I need an out. Tho Expedia also has some rates that charge your card up front.
