Yes that's it - words of wisdom inside:
As Mike and Dan and I found out last summer, there is one bolt you don't put back on when you do this install. I think it's the only 6mm hex - others are 5mm I think - anyway, the bolt you don't replace is the one that secures the intake manifold to a braket that is attached to the engine block. Just leave that one off. Otherwise the mani won't seat correctly and you'll hear all kinds of noise that you don't want to hear when you start the engine. Let me know if you have questions.

MarTT and I didn't know, and learned the hard way, from experience. If you want to, you
can MAKE the bolt fit, and we both did. Of course we borked both our cars when we started them at the end of a LONG day. They sputtered and backfired like mad... After MANY calls to Schwing and referencing all the write-ups, we couldn't figure out what the problem was, and feared serious damage had occured. I don't recall what the final tipoff was, but with that bolt in the manifold is not able to correctly seat or seal. With it out of the way, both of us were good to go...
For reference, my Fotki link is below.... Unfortunately I didn't document it nearly as well most of my other mods, as Bipes' had a good write-up posted, but his site is now offline...

http://public.fotki.com/mcphill/audi_stuff/engine_and_drivetrain/phenolic_spacer/</a
