AOA complaint about dealer, new dealer recommendation needed...
 

Well I finally got around to formally complaining to AOA about John Holtz Audi in Rochester. Was on the phone with the lady for about 30mins. She was nice. I don't expect much, but they were surprised at how poorly I have been treated.

In short, they didn't do everything they promised when car was delivered, I complained when they did the call back. Sales guy calls me up bitches me out, hangs up. They still havn't gotten two $5 plastic grommets in, and I have talked to numerous managers including the owner John Holtz himself. Everytime, "oh we need to find you a loaner" or "we will call you right back". Well its been about 4mos of this and I can't even get in there for my 40k. They suck. I could go on and on, but I know many of you have had similar experiences.

Anyways, my biggest reason for this post. Who should I go to?

I am willing to go 150mi from Rochester, NY, after that and it is getting a little silly.

Personally.. I would give them 2 options... fix it immediately...
 

Or deal with me EVERY Saturday coming to their dealership to scare away new customers.

If you've ever gone through them.... they don't do ****. Get yourself a lawyer or a loud mouth.
