APR 100oct program question

I remember Jenner mentioned that its bad to use octane boosters? is it _bad_ or catastrophically horrible?

i wonder how the software differs?

anybody have any useful information on the 100oct program? or feedback?

DON'T use octane booster... If you are going to use the 100 octane program..

Use 100% 100 octane gas. ABSOLUTELY. Anyways, if you have not used the program before, you should try to find a Gas station or track that sells 100 octane.. Really worth it... ;-) As far as the software, they didn't mess with the boost like on the other program, but alot of work went into ignition timing, this is where you NEED 100 octane gas.

APR says full tank of 100 or greater octane ONLY. They don't even want you to mix 93 and 104

I spoke with Tom@APR and he said race gas and pump gas are much more different than just the octane rating. All of the people running Stage 3 or other race gas modes run the car until the trip computer says 0 miles and then fill with 100 octane race gas. Tom also suggested that even after filling the tank with 100 octane to let the car run in the 93 octane mode for 10-15 in order to purge all of the 93 octane out of the engine and fuel pump/lines.

It's your engine, but if you are going to try anything I would mix 104 with 93, I would NOT try anything like the NOS off road or race octane boosters. 1st I doubt they truly give the rating they say they will and 2nd they will never mix completely into your entire fuel system.
