APR Stage III for TT 225hp engines
Where is it?
They announced it over a year ago and they had a Stage III TT at last years Waterfest but it is still unavailable to purchase.
Anybody else waiting for this kit to come out and is serious about purchasing it?
I am posting this on all the forums to gauge interest so maybe we can get them to market the kit. If we don't do it soon all the attention will be on the 2.0T and the kit will never make it to market.
I know there are a couple of other turbo upgrade packages out there but they are very expensive. APR's 180hp Stage III+ produces a claimed 340hp for $5000 and they are claiming 380hp for the Stage III package for the 225hp models but it is still unavailable. Every time I ask them about it they just say it's coming but I don't really believe it any more!

People are not being optimistic about this product coming out any more...
The carrot on the stick only worked for so long until the interested ones found their own solution. You are right about 2.0 coming out really soon, which gives APR even less of an incentive to start/continue/finish this product. If it makes you feel any better read up on some issues with the STG III kits from 180s, although they love the kit it isn't a walk in the park and requires attention. I need my car to drive daily and can't worry about bolts cracking, manifolds leaking, or tubes melting. This is just my opinion and I could be wrong.

Re: exactly the reasons I have kinda backed off my desire for the kit for >>
my 180. My car is a daily driver. Not a stop light king. I need reliability. I'll push the envelop without the surgery.
There are some that have had great success with APR stg III and others that have not.
Don't like playing the lottery with a car I need to get to point B from point A.
