Default Beware: Rant about Audi Service. Arg

Ok so i have a problem. My battery went out. No light of warning or anything. I jumped it. It died again after sitting for 3 hours. I went to Sears. I bought a new Red-top optima. I drove it over the weekend.
Jumped in my car to go to work this morning. Mostly Dead. Wouldnt start.
Had to get a friend to drive me to work.
I work on a strict schedule. Military.

For those who dont remember previous rant... I got stationed out here in Rapid city and found out even though im CPO (certified) the closest dealership is 5 hours away.
I think its a drain or an alternator.
My Quandry:
Audi is not convinced its a warranty item till they see it. For them to see it, means towing it there. Which means if it is or isnt, i have to find a way to get it back. They say they "might" be able to pay for the tow back if its a warranty item. If its not, or they dont want to, it will cost me 785 dollars to tow it back.
-Rock and a hard place-.
Dont know this car well enough yet. Didnt have time to learn it in Texas.
So im stuck, with a non working car. a 32 hour week ahead of me. And no ride. And not enough knowledge to fix it.

Doesn't Audi offer road side assistance as part of their warranty?

that has broken, and ive only had the car for 4 months. I love it. And it puts a smile on my face every time i drive it, but i feel like i got in over my head buying acar without any german mechanical experience.

Default Is that you're closest Audi dealer? I had a similar problem where I wanted......

it towed to the dealer I bought it from. I ended up having to pay extra, about $100.00 for the towing, but then they gave me a loaner and fixed it the same day.
