The F21 Hybrid from FrankenTurbo (LINK) is a popular upgraded (capable of more boost than the k04) for your TT 180.

Pm me an email adress .
i have a full apr stage3+ kit (inlet manifold and Fmic etc) and years ago I had Pagparts build me a bigger turbo and downpipe for my 2000 180q .
never got around to installing the kit , and sold the car around 2011 .
should be good for 450-500 horses ...
