Default BMW M3 Roadster and SLK 320 ... just ok.

Test drove the 315hp M3 Roadster today and the 6cyl 6sp SLK -- still not as good as the TT225. Husband has the itch to trade in his SLK 5sp.

Comments?

What a nice day in NJ to drive around!

Default Try the '02 Porsche Cab. It appears the Weissach boys have perfected V-TECH by having the best...

of variable valve timing and having an even broader flatter torque curve than the old horizontally opposed 3.4L 996. It is even supposed to have an integrated dry sump for track users worried about high G oil starvation issues that plaqued the old M96 blocks. I just read a review in Excellence magazine and European Car. Everyone is raving that Porsche is back on track.

I'm trying to sell a kidney on E bay for a down payment on a coupe (50% stiffer than the '01).

You realize that Porsche's Variocam valve timing was developed by Toyota for Porsche, right?

Default I wish - but the husband doesn fit in that car!

He's got long legs ... fits easily in the SLK, and just about fits in the M3 Roadster. He drives the TT, but his knee his the bolster thingy.
