Boost Issue Update

Well, I had the maf unplugged and did some driving around and boost held fairly well, bleeding down to about 15psi at redline. Had my passenger keep an eye on spec boost vs actual and he said they were staying pretty similar(i have the log, I'll try to import to excel from prodiag). Since I'm running a completely stock exhaust, I assume thats why it tapers down to 15 instead of like 18-19 like some others i've seen. My conclusion: My maf is toast!

I'm having a MAF issue as well...

I just cleaned mine again this weekend after randomly going into limp mode again. It's been fine for a month and a half. It's rediculous how often these things fail.

I'm on the 8th MAF now but the new revision M is in for a year now without any problem.

maybe they've finally gotten them straghtened out...

too bad its taken 6 years.

Well I ordered the VW MAF, i'm going to give that a shot first
