Boost problem.......

Boost problem.......
new reman. turbo installed by dealer 10k miles ago (under warranty), new O2....TTQC.....the car was running fine boosting at 1.65+ bar
and now all of a suddent....the car wont do pass 1.35bar
no CEL no nothing.......the turbo sounds fine.....tried reseting batt....and no help......
it feels excatly the same way as when the turbo is about to die or something....BUT no screeching or anything....every sounds normal.....
any suggestions?? i am planning on replacing the MAF and see if that helps.......
