Both windows will not go up.

Both windows will not go up.
2001 TT Coupe 180 Quatro - 207,000 miles
Neither window would go down so
I used the key and both windows went all the way down.
Now they wont go up, either with buttons or key. No noise when actuating.
Everything else (interior lights, gas cap, trunk release) works. Can lock car and alarm works. Disconnected and reconnected battery. No help.
