00812 - Switch Solenoid Brake Pressure

00526 Brake Light switch
27-10 *something like implausible signal I think*

Does this mean I have a brake switch failing? How much $ and how hard to replace?

Default Cheap and easy. Pick one up at the VW dealer.
They should have an instruction sheet for you. It's easy to break it by twisting it too far when you insert it.
