Default bushing and bearing install on koni's - how do you do it? >>

<img src="http://www.ttstuff.com/images/koni/koni_shocks_540.jpg">

for anyone with these shocks you know they are adjustable from under the hood. where you normally would put an allen wrench to hold the strut while you unscrew the nut is a selector ****.

does anyone know how to remove these struts for a bearing and bushing refresh?
