Default Buying a car with misfire?

I found a really great deal on a 220 coupe. It's a 2001 with 205000. The problem is that it is misfiring. She isn't sure what cylinder or the exact code. Would it be a good idea to go look at this car? What could be wrong? Spark plugs, coilpack, maybe injectors? What about loss of compression? In your experience what it most likely be?

Most likely a coilpack but want to bet a few $k on it? At 205K miles it could be anything

Define "good deal"

So many things can cause a misfire

It was priced at 1700 but now it's down to 1300. The title runs clean and the timing belt and such was replaced 2 years ago.
