Can someone take a look at these pics and verify that I have a problem?

I noticed last week that something doesn't look quite right behind the passenger side grill, so I finally got around to taking the grill off and taking some pics. It looks like the duct isn't in the right place, but I can't figure out how it would have gotten that way, and it's not going to be easy to get it back where I think it's supposed to be. I tried forcing it into what appears to be the right place, but it doesn't want to go. I guess I'm kinda wondering if the alien on that side is even in the right place, or if something is really out of whack.
As you may notice, I have a few small scrapes on the bottom of the bumper...These are from bottoming out in the driveway at work a few times until I figured out the best way to exit the parking lot. Could this have been caused by bottoming out? If so, I'm going to try to get my employer to pay for this since I've mentioned the driveway problem a number of times.

Yes, I know my car looks filthy in these shots...I drive it a lot. :P
