Default I hear tell it's about twice what it would cost in the States. It used to have 100%

import duty fees on all cars not made in Aussieland. Don't know what it is now. But I
can find out from my cousins in Sydney for you
if you like.

Default My TTQ Dec99 cost me $95,000 on the road.

TTQuattro Base Price is $86000 Australian Dollars
This includes Bose Stereo, Xenon Lights, 17" wheels, 6speed. No choices except for factory-fitted cruise-control.
The TTFWD is I believe about $8000 or so less with Std Stereo, 16" rims, 5speed. They can upgrade to teh bits that are standard on the Quattro.
We also only have 3 colours to choose from: Silver/Grey, Black/black, Denim/Blue.
We do pay a lot more than US or Europe. I just have to bite my tongue when I hear ppl quibbling over the prices in the forum.
