Default Eggs are a protien stain---- Use a mild detergent with some ammonia and warm water.

Besides being a car nut for 40 plus years. I've been in the dry cleaning business for 30 years. :-) A liquid dish washing detergent like palmolive would be a good mild detergent. Use about 4 oz with about 4 oz of the ammonia in a gallon of water. (hold your nose) test a hidden area first, just to be safe. Don't use any products that contain chlorine. Bad stuff.
Good luck.
