Default Car troubles (Throttle Bliping when at stand still)...

I went and got gas this morning after having an empty tank and upon starting the car back up, my rpm's were moving from about 1400-2200 (back and forth) as if I was stepping on the throttle, yet the car was doing this on its' own. Anyone know what this might be related too. I've searched many keywords but can't seem to find similar stories. If anyone could point me in the right direction(I know it's probably to the dealer) that would be really COOL.

Default Idle Air Control Valve. Known problem on VAG cars.

This pic was taken last year, on the bench of my Audi Tech friend. 4 of em, and one in the box.
I asked him 'Why so many?'
He laughed and said he replaces about 5-6 a week, on VW's, and Audis'.
I had just replaced one on our A4, as how I came to recognize them on his bech.
They are about $250 ea.

Default Not used with electric throttle.

Check EVAP regulator or leak.

Default so the leak detection pump is shot?

My check engine light just went on and in the engine compartment there seems to be a leak of the oil. I'm thinking of getting the car towed to dealer ASAP. Anyone know how long this kind of fix should take?
