it is possible that you need to move that 2nd O2 sensor>>>
away from the flow....could be causing that..
With my 42DD downpipe and straight pipe, i have the angle adapter and there are no CEL's. When i was running the Milltek 100cell cat..i needed to move the sensor out of the flow....i also added an adjustable FPR which helped bring adaptation back with the higher flow exhaust...

did you use the angle adapptor 42 DD shows...

as a temporary fix you can use sparkplug adaptors.....
