Default central locking, fuel cap, boot opener not working

I accidentally put my cobra jump pack on the wrong way round yesterday as it was dark & I was rushing, the car starts etc & all is good except that the buttons on the centre console for the boot & fuel cap & the central locking don't work. I have disconnected the negative lead for a few hours as somebody told me that would reset the system but that has not worked

Checked every fuse already in the fuse board at the end of the dash & even the big ones on the top of the battery.

It was a fuse that had become dislodged during the taking out of the trim!
