Default Charge pipe continues, disappointed at all the machine marks on this thing.....

This was obviously not meant to be cleaned. They left lots of tooling marks in the fabrication process:

Not sure if these can be sanded and polished out or not.

Default I managed to sand and polish..>>

a fair amount of that out, but it was still not perfect..

Default There is a PC that looks like polished alu and also one that>>>

like chrome when finished. A friend has a powder coating shop. There are lot's more color options than I had any idea there were. They do a good bit of the chrome looking powder on custom bikes that they build rather than spending the $$$ for chrome.

Yup, looks good Steve. Just start with about 150 grit and work up?

I think I'd start with something a little finer though.. Maybe 320-400 wet..
