Default never tried...
but I know there is a department which handles that exclusively. Best bet is to call the mayors office @ 744-4000 (I think) or call 611 for information.

has a law stating one can't sue any gov't agency for not doing their job, being stupid or for any other reason.

Think of the $ it saves!
