was cleaning my MAF this weekend and left the cover off for the TTDA...
sheesh this thing is loud. sounds obnoxious. My wife thought there was something horribly wrong with my car. Is that what the neuspeed p-flow and other open elements sound like? it's a bit much. I'll put it back on pretty soon. It's still cool enough here that it's not hurting anything, except my ears.

no, i didn't mean cause damage...
when it's warm out you will be sucking in nothing but hot air from the engine compartment. Thus negating most of the benefits of it in the first place.

I love it without the cover on. Not loud at all...I'd like it a little louder. I always leave it
open in the winter. That reminds me...time to put the lid and the feeds back on.
