Default Cleaning the rag on your rag top...

What do you guys use to clean the tops of your convertables?

Default Soap and water, a soft brush, then...>

a couple of coats of RaggTtopp for repellency. The Porsche guys swear by this stuff, though there are others as good. Once treated, it Sheds water like a duck!

Default Agreed. I got the Raggtopp kit and have been satisfied for 5 years...

The kit contains a cleaner and the protectant. Even after 5 years ungaraged the top looks great.

I use Aerospace Fabric Guard, but I don't know if the Elise top is made of the same stuff.

Default I switched to this from Tequipment

It is much easier to apply (oversprays aren't permanent), costs less, and seems to work better. Recommended.
