Clicking Noise From Rear Seat???
We had quiet the thunder storms here in Colorado yesterday. My car was out in the rain. When I got in my electrical went nuts. The in side lights went on and off my gas tank popped open and I heard a lot of noise from the door locks. By the time I got home it had stopped. Thought maybe something got wet and it just needed to dry out. Now my battery is dead. So went and got a new battery and put that in. Now I have this clicking noise coming from the rear seat behind the driver. Its not my cd changer as I can tell its under the body. Anyone have any ideas what this could be. If I disconnect the battery it stops.
Sounds like a relay or something.
Any ideas would be great.

Found it! Quick fix, unplug it!
It's the Central locking module. I have the Roadster and mine did exactly this 15 min ago. I unplugged the locking module (on the Roadster, it us under a little access flap behind passenger seat, not sure where on the coupe however. Probably under the rear seat). This module has also caused no communication with the engine modulebecause it was shorting out the K-line wire. I had to unplug it to do my emissions test (Texas both safety and emissions tests are required)
