Default I'm guessing a hybrid...a turbine driven generator to make electricity

with electric traction motors built into those big back wheels for motive power... the closed canopy and front tire's design says "dry lake" for straight line speed records... except you'd never use 4 front tires... too "draggy"

and they'd be enclosed...

a hybrid electric speed record car...

a design model IMO, that'll NEVER be built ;-)

Default how do you see out of it? the cockpit is right behind both right front wheels....

i don't get it.
