Default Coolant temp

Some concerned over coolant temp have displayed the value on the A/C display and noticed the digital value never changed while the gauge needle moved some. Here's a note from the Bentley manual.

Notes:

The display on the scan tool will always show the actual values obtained from the senders and sensors. The values which appear on the instrument cluster are filtered and may not be the same.

If the actual coolant temperature is between about 80 C and 100 C, the instrument cluster will always show 90 C.
