CT & Western Mass Audi Drive Sunday, 9/22
Hi, All!
With a good response to an email I sent around, I'm announcing that we will have an Audi drive from Connecticut to Mount Greylock this Sunday, September 22.
We will meet in Winsted, CT at 11:00 AM in the Ames parking lot. Ames is located on Route 44 near the end of Route 8.
For those coming from the South, take Route 8 North to the end in Winsted. At the end of Route 8, turn onto Route 44 East for about 1/2 mile until you reach Ames on your Left. Turn into the Ames lot.
From the East, take Route 44 West into Winstead, and Ames will be on the Right, before the center of town.
Our planned route will take us North into Massachusetts to Mount Greylock. Wendy (Wennch) is mapping out our route. Please pack a snack or light lunch for yourself on the way. Coming back, we will head through Southwick, MA and eat at Roma's Restaurant, a great family-style italian restaurant.
It should be LOTS of fun. Please reply to this post if you are coming, or if you have questions. I hope to see lots of you there!

This is simply not true! BTW I have one free weekend between now & New Year's... It's the last
one in September, I have a friend coming up from TX so that would be an excellent weekend for the Cape - let me know! Otherwise, I *might* be able to sing something in Oct, but prolly not... :-(
